For spa appointments, please plan on arriving 30 minutes early to begin your relaxation process and enjoy a complimentary wellness treatment. For all other services please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Arriving late may interfere with your treatment time and decrease the beneficial and therapeutic effects. All reservations will end at their scheduled time to avoid delays for subsequent guests.
We understand that certain circumstances are unavoidable and may require cancellation. Out of respect for our technician’s time, we request a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or reservation change. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of 50% of the total service cost if the time cannot be filled from our waiting list.
